I had a wonderful stay at Room007 Hotel Liberdade, and much of the credit goes to the fantastic reception team—Gabriel, Anna, Katherie, and Katarina. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and memorable. Thanks to their helpful recommendations, I had the opportunity to explore Sintra with one of the best local tour operators, which was an unforgettable experience. They made sure I had all the information I needed, making me feel well taken care of. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Lisbon with a variety of top-notch restaurants and luxury fashion brands nearby. The Avenida metro station is just a 1-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The room, while on the smaller side, was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The pillow options and blanket were just right for the weather, ensuring I had a restful night’s sleep. I especially loved the 24-hour complimentary coffee available in the basement, which was a great touch and a perfect pick-me-up during my time there. If I could offer one suggestion for improvement, it would be to add a mini-fridge, a safe, and perhaps a few more toiletries in the room. These little additions would elevate the experience even further and make the hotel a truly complete package. Overall, I highly recommend Room007 Hotel Liberdade for anyone visiting Lisbon—it’s a great place with a fantastic team, prime location, and excellent amenities

Ana gave me suggestions and a lot of places. She’s very helpful and supportive. The young man staff at the night shift was very helpful as well, he guided me about taking a day trip to Porto by bus and that was amazing. The place itself was super nice. Just the look of the building from the outside had my heart. Beautiful decoration with clean and minimal structure. I loved it so much. I felt like home and I never wanted to leave. The location is very good. About 15-minute walk to the Praça do Comercio. Shops and restaurants are around. I would for sure stay there again if I ever visit Lisbon once again. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was good, fresh, with a good representation of local food, and a small selection of items cooked on order. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The locality is excellent with two metro stations nearby and the old town centre within five minutes walk. Good restaurants nearby. This hotel is among the best small boutique hotels I have stayed in over the years.

The location was excellent, I can't recommend it enough. Just a short walk from the action but on a quiet street. Easy to access from metro blue line or Rossio train station. It's a flat walk to the hotel (which, if you're dragging bags, is a bonus!) The staff could not be more helpful, from excellent restaurant recommendations to even calling a train station for us to help locate a missing phone. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Would really recommend.
